Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or approved booking channels.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle into the space and enjoy your experience.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and care reserved for each client, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

No cancellations, rescheduling requests, or appointment changes are permitted within 48 hours (2 days) of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment
time, your deposit will remain non-refundable but may be retained on file and applied
towards a future appointment.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in full. No exceptions.

No-Shows & Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Failure to attend your appointment without notice, or cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, will result in the full treatment fee being charged to the credit card on file.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may arrange for another person to
attend in your place. Please notify Nectar by Suede via Instagram or text message prior to the appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed treatments, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

If you experience any concerns following your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can support you appropriately.

Health & Medical Disclaimer
Our treatments are designed to support wellbeing, relaxation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical advice, medical treatment, or professional healthcare services.

By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that you are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, medications, or health concerns prior to your appointment.

Nectar by Suede reserves the right to refuse treatment where contraindications are present or where treatment may not be suitable.

Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle factors, health history, body composition, hydration levels, and consistency of treatments.

While many clients experience noticeable physical and emotional benefits, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period stated at the time of
purchase.
